Alexa Sabatini is a senior attending the Gloucester County Institute of Technology as a student in the School of Performing Arts, with a focus in Drama. Alexa is a member of the National Honor Society, the ACTing Out advocacy club, Skills USA, “The Laramie Project” Project, and serves as a student leader. Alexa holds the position of Vice President for her school’s Thespian Troupe 5480, something she holds very dearly. She is proud to say that she has competed at her state Thespian Competition for three years and will be attending Thespian nationals for the second time this summer. In addition, Alexa serves as a mentor to young girls in a volunteer mentoring program called “InbeTWEEN Girls”. In the future, Alexa has plans to attend either Pace or Arcadia University with a major in Peace and Conflict Resolution and possible minor in Political Science. Her aspirations include becoming a political activist and working alongside the nonprofit sector in order to create change.
