Suggestions to help your remote yoga experience:
  • Prepare yourself mentally & physically for yoga:
  • Physically – DO NOT EAT for at least 2 hours prior
  • Mentally – Focus on why it is you want to do yoga/your goal for practicing. Bring that intention & purpose to your mat.
  • Dedicate this time solely for your yoga practice
  • Turn off your phone
  • Find a quiet space where you can focus
