Katelyn Bang-New Jersey Young Playwrights Festival

Katelyn Bang is excited to have her one-act play, Should Have Known, performed for the first time at WTNJ’s Young Playwrights Festival! Katelyn is currently a high school junior at Bergen County Academies, where she was introduced to playwriting through classes with her English teacher, Mr. Hathaway. Currently, she is working on a collaborative effort to write Love’s Labours Found, a sequel to Shakespeare’s comedy Love’s Labours Lost, with her performing arts teacher Ms. Pero. Katelyn is also a student audio engineer at BCA and has worked for shows such as The Mystery of Edwin Drood and Elektra, as well as a series of one-act plays.
